Dr. Ahmet Baydar has held executive positions at industry giants such as Gillette, Procter & Gamble, Givaudan, International Flavors and Fragrances, and MG International for over 35 years. He began his career by earning his doctorate from Kings College, University of London, where he worked with Nobel Prize winner Sir Derek Barton on the synthesis of scent and taste molecules.

After working in a team that received an award from Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom at the Rothamsted experimental station in England, he served as head of R&D at Givaudan, a leader in its sector, in France.

In 1998, he began working as R&D manager for the personal care department at Gillette. In 2008, while serving as Global R&D President of International Flavors & Fragrances, he transformed the company's R&D portfolio and pioneered advances in the fields of green chemistry, biotechnology and sustainability.

In 2016, he founded the consultancy company Right Path Consultancy and began providing consultancy in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions. In the same year, he worked as an executive producer with the British production company “Renaissance”, which won an Oscar and BAFTA award. Returning to Türkiye in 2017 and joining the MG International fragrance company as a CRO, Dr. Baydar continues to produce without slowing down on his career path, which has been shaped at the intersection of science, business and art.

On his YouTube channel called Benim Yolum , he comes together with well-known figures from the business and art worlds and introduces viewers to in-depth interviews and inspiring stories.
